I'm the founder of KI-OKU, a brand born from a love of fragrance and a deep desire to create meaningful connections. My fascination with scents began in childhood, surrounded by the intoxicating blooms of my great-grandfather's lilac trees. This early experience sparked a lifelong passion for the evocative power of perfume.

KI-OKU, meaning "memory" in Japanese, reflects a vision to create olfactory odes to cherished loved ones. Twice a year we aim to collaborate with members of the KI-OKU community who have experienced loss. Together, we craft limited-edition perfumes that capture the essence of the person they miss. These unique fragrances become a lasting tribute, a whisper of memory on the skin.
