Every full-size KI-OKU fragrance ships with a complimentary tester from the same batch. We want you to find your soulmate scent and we stand behind that fully. Learn more about The Soulmate Promise.

Eligibility for Refunds

Only full-size bottles (50ml | 1.7 fl. oz) in untouched, original packaging are eligible for refunds. Travel-sized bottles, samples, and discovery sets are non-refundable. Your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

US Orders - 30-Day Refund Window

If your unopened full-size bottle isn't the one, request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is on us. Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

International Orders - Soulmate Credit

For international orders, physical returns are not available. Instead, your Soulmate Credit is fully honored — keep your bottle and receive $70 toward your next full-size fragrance, no return necessary.

How to Start a Refund

Contact us at olivia@ki-oku.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at olivia@ki-oku.com.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

Sale items, gift cards, travel-sized bottles, samples, and discovery sets are non-refundable.

Soulmate Credits

All Soulmate Credits are limited to one per customer and must be used within 60 days of original order delivery.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU orders, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item remains unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
