Every full-size bottle ships with a complimentary tester from the same batch. Try it for up to 30 days. If it's not the one, return the unopened full-size bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund- return shipping is on us.

Already opened your bottle but after 60 days it still doesn't feel like you? That's what the Soulmate Credit is for. Keep your bottle and receive $70 toward finding your perfect match. Learn more about The Soulmate Promise.

International Orders

We ship to Canada, the EU, and select international destinations. International orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

International Returns & The Soulmate Promise

The Soulmate Promise applies to all KI-OKU customers worldwide. For international orders, the 30-day physical return option is not available due to shipping costs, however your Soulmate Credit is fully honored. If after 60 days your scent doesn't feel like you, keep your bottle and receive $70 toward your perfect match — no return necessary.
